Location was right on the beach with beautiful cliff views of the ocean. Pacific Terrace Hotel is pristinely maintained! The staff were all very friendly, professional and always eager to assist. We stayed in a junior suite with partial ocean views. Plenty of room for a family of four. The bathroom area is very large as is the living/bedroom area. I love that they had a large vanity area outside the shower/toilet room. Bedrooms were very comfy, nice dining room table and kitchenette in our room. We had delicious restaurant breakfasts each morning on the patio near the pool. Our 10 & 12 year olds loved the closeness to the beach and all the amenities too. Highly recommend and will return to Pacific Terrace when visiting San Diego area.

Staff was amazing! The hotel had everything we needed and then some. The room was spacious, especially with two little kids!. Everything was clean and staff kept up the cleaning all day long. Plenty of towels for pool and beach! You do need to pay for parking but well worth it considering no good parking options around. Food was good, drinks better! Highly recommend. They have plenty of towels for beach as well as chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards. Fun family vacation

Beautiful hotel location and felt very safe walking the boardwalk, the surf, and going to nearby restaurants. Staff support was outstanding. Parking under the hotel was very convenient. Would stay again.

We were on a ladies trip (we're in the 35-44 yr old age range). We wanted to party in PB, but then go and retreat to a quiet hotel and also spend some time chilling having cocktails by the pool. This place was perfect for that. It was mostly retirees and a family or two. We got an Uber to Bird Rock for dinner (6 mins), to a club in the gas lamp district (20 mins) and could walk to all the restaurants and bars of PB. We tried out Water Bar for afternoon drinks overlooking the ocean and Hideaway for Sunday brunch, both very close to the hotel. There was no noise at all at night despite our room overlooking the boardwalk. The parking lot ($40 pn) has two EV spots. We also got the free bikes and did a little ride alongside the beach. The service at this hotel is 5*. When we were by the pool staff were constantly checking in. We ate on the patio by the pool 3 times, tried lots of different menu items for breakfast and lunch and it was all great. Highly recommend.

The Hotel meet our expectation!! The room was great, clean, smell good, great location, perfect terrace size, love the ocean view from our room, nice pillows. We also love the 4:00 o'clock chocolate cookies for guesses. Nice and friendly staff including receptionist, cleaning and maintenance personnel. Beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and bikes available for the guesses was a plus.

Breakfast was great. The yogurt, granola, fruit and oatmeal with walnuts were good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I used a hotel bike at no charge and since they had many available, I didn’t need to return it in 2 hours. I rode it 11 am to 7 pm.

The pool and hot tub are the perfect temps. The views from our room were spectacular! The TV was HUGE and had a great picture. The whole outside area around the pool was inviting and comfortable (tiki torches, fire pits, heaters, chaise lounge and comfortable tables and chairs, and free lemonade and iced tea or fruit infused water). The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is large. Everything was comfortable and clean.

We loved the view from our room and our granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely 🙂 Our room was cleaned everyday !! Plus the chocolates were yummy
